General information

Alyki Beach Thassos: This beach lies 31 km south of Limenas (on the south eastern coast), in front of the popular resort of Alyki. It is small and picturesque, coiled up in a verdant bay. Its white sand, its clear waters and its beach facilities attract a lot of visitors. Pine trees, olive trees and ancient marble quarries surround the beach, creating a superb and unique scenery.

    History and beauty all in one
    Alyki Beach is fantastic, crystal clear water on both sides of a little stretch of land, excellent fish tavernas, relaxed atmosphere, but most of all, archaelogical ruins you can wander amongst undisturbed by time... snorkel in what was once marble shipping area, remains of Christian basilicas... you can almost imagine St Paul landing here, speaking here to the people... for lovers of history, this is a MUST SEE beach!
