Location: On the southern side of the island
Description: Town, or Chora, is the capital of the island. It is known for its traditional architecture and the Venetian Castle. Its most picturesque place is the path that leads to the Castle, lined by windmills.

Livadi
Location: 2 km southwest of Chora
Description: Livadi is the Greek word for meadow and the greenest village on the island. It has a lovely beach and quite a few accommodations, eateries and shops.

Pera Gialos
Location: 1 km south of Chora
Description: Pera Gialos is the closest beach resort to Chora. It has many tourist facilities and an organized beach.
