General information

Next to the beautiful village of Sfakia, 72 km southeast of Chania Town, lies a lovely pebbled shore called Sfakia Beach or Vrysi. It is the main and largest beach in the village.

Just a short walk from the village of Sfakia, this charming shore is surrounded by a rocky, wild landscape. The coast is covered in gray sand and fine pebbles and is organized with some umbrellas and sunbeds. The water is deep, calm, and clean, boasting a dazzling dark blue color.

Around the area, you will find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Mediterranean dishes, as well as some pleasant small hotels and rooms to let.
