World of Beer Festival 2024

If you are a true beer lover, you can’t miss the World of Beer Festival 2024, the biggest beer event of the year! It is hosted in Technopolis, Athens, from May 10 to May 12. Countless entertaining events await you, including concerts, stand-up comedy shows, games, and, of course, lots of beer! You will have the chance to taste the most popular beer brands in the world, as well as discover some not-so-widely known, delicious breweries. You can take part in beer talks, workshops, and other fun activities that will bring you closer to the magical world of beer and thousands of other beer fans.

Each of the three days of the event is accompanied by a different music style to satisfy all kinds of tastes. May 10 is dedicated to Greek folk music, featuring Giagkinides, Pavlina Voulgaraki, and renowned singer and songwriter Kostas Makedonas. On the second day, you will have the chance to enjoy some rock melodies by the famous Greek bands Domenika, Kitrina Podilata, and Mple. Finally, the last day of the festival invites you to dance to the rhythm of pop tunes performed by The Wedding Singers, Penny Mpaltatzi, and Myronas Stratis.

Stand-up comedy has grown rapidly in popularity in Greece during the last decade, so the festival would not be complete without a comical act to warm up the atmosphere. Comedic duo Vyronas Theodoropoulos and Michalis Mathioudakis will keep you company on the first day of the festival. On day two, famous comedian Dionysis Atzarakis will perform an exclusive show for the event and will also be the host. Last but not least, probably the most successful Greek comedian of this generation, Lambros Fisfis, will be there to make you laugh until you cry on the final day of the festival.

The day ticket to the festival costs 5 euros and also includes one collectible bag, one branded WoB cup, and one token for the 100-ml free beer tasting from the Hellenic Association of Brewers.
